We believe great style should arrive with zero hassle. That's why every order from Harper London ships free to your doorstep — no minimum order required.

Once your order has been placed, we typically require 1–3 business days to process it. Orders received Monday through Thursday are usually processed within one business day. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer to process.

Once processed, your order will be shipped. Delivery usually takes 6–11 business days, depending on your location. The total delivery time (processing + shipping) is therefore typically 7–14 business days.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
