Returns & Refunds

How long does a refund take? Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as it's complete. Can I cancel my order? Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed, unless your order is already fulfilled. After that, processing begins automatically and changes are no longer possible. If you have any concerns, please contact us as soon as possible at info@harperlondon.uk.
What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item? Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@harperlondon.uk within 30 days of delivery, including a photo of the item and your order number.
